Invitation to Bid - Marine Dock Fabrication and Delivery for East Mooring Basin

The Port seeks to engage a qualified marine dock manufacturer to fabricate and deliver 9 docks according to the plans and specifications lited in the solicitation documents below. Installation will be done by Port staff and is not included in this Scope of Services. The proposal submission deadline is 4:30 pm PST on December 16, 2025. Digital and physical copies of Proposals must be submitted. Physical copies of the Proposals may be mailed or physically delivered to Matt McGrath, Deputy Director, or Dianna Delgado, Office Manager, at the Port of Astoria office (422 Gateway Ave., Suite 100, Astoria, OR, 97103).
