Budget Committee Meeting

The Port of Astoria Budget Committee will convene on May 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message.  If needed, a second meeting is tentatively scheduled for May 20, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.

Invitation to Bid - Pier 3 Boatyard Haul Out Piers Rehabilitation

The Port will be accepting Bids for completing certain improvements to the haul piers at the Pier 3 Boatyard. Prequalification is not necessary. The awarded contract will be subject to ORS 279C.800 thru 279C.870. The Bid submission deadline is 2:30 pm PST on May 19, 2026. Bids will be opened that afternoon. Bids must be submitted to Matt McGrath by mail, physical delivery, or email. Delivery location: 422 Gateway Ave., Suite 100, Astoria, OR, 97103. Email: bids@portofastoria.com.

Request for Proposals - Enterprise Resource Planning Software

The Port of Astoria will be accepting Proposals for the implementation and ongoing use of an Enterprise Resource Planning Software System. Proposals must be submitted to the Port of Astoria no later than 12:00 PM PST, on March 2, 2026.
