EDUCATION:  Jim has a bachelor’s degree in Financial Control from Oregon State University.

ROLE AT THE PORT:  Jim is the Finance & Human Resources Manager. He is responsible for human resources/employee benefits, managing and processing payroll, and the accounts payable cycle/processes. Jim is all about the details.

WORK HISTORY:  Jim has worked in for-profit, not-for-profit, and governmental entities. He has a background in finance, commercial & residential lending, construction, real estate, and a maritime history museum. 

OTHER ACTIVITIES:  He volunteers as a Youth Group Leader at Calvary Bible Church, Manzanita, OR.

FAMILY:  Jim is a native Oregonian. He lives in Manzanita with his wife and has three grown children. 

HOBBIES:  Jim enjoys time spent with family, projects around his 75+ year old house, gardening, attending plays at the Coaster Theater, discovering great red wines, and traveling.
