Port of Astoria Pier 1 Office Building
The Port of Astoria has recently acquired the 26,000 S. F. office building overlooking the West Mooring Basin out on Pier 1 at the Port’s main facility in Astoria, Oregon. The building already houses the Port of Astoria Harbormaster’s office plus a variety of professionals from accountants to healthcare services. Approximately 40% of the building is currently occupied and the Port of Astoria executive offices/commission chambers may relocate there in the near future. Available office suites range in size from 270 to 1,520 S.F. and many may be built-out to suit the tenants needs.
