Leasable land and build-to-suit options are available on Piers 2. This pier currently houses three fish processing plants, and building space is at capacity. This provides future tenants with a build-to-suit opportunity, offering a space solution specific to the needs of the tenant. 

The electrical infrastructure on Pier 2 is significant, at 12,500 KVS, and will satisfy the power requirements of virtually any industrial business.
