The Astoria Regional Airport is one of the most accessible general aviation airports on the north Oregon coast. Its location makes for spectacular aerial views of the Pacific coastline, the vast Columbia River, and forested hillsides.  The airport is located within the Warrenton city limits, just 10 driving minutes to Astoria and 20 minutes to Seaside.  Cannon Beach and the Long Beach Peninsula are an additional 15 minutes away. 

The Astoria Regional Airport Industrial Park is a 45-acre adjacent site available for light to medium industrial development or airfreight distribution warehouse capacity. 

Recreational opportunities abound in the area, including boating, a variety of quality golf courses, fishing, hiking, swimming, surfing, beachcombing, camping and shopping.  Lewis & Clark National Historical Park is within 2 miles of the airport.  The park features Fort Clatsop, a replica of the wintering-over camp of the Lewis & Clark expedition.   You can visit Fort Stevens State Park, with its many campsites, bike trails, ocean beach, military museum and forts dating back to the Civil War. A small recreational swiming, boating and fishing lake is also close by.

The Astoria Regional Airport is the home of the United States Coast Guard Group Astoria.  The group controls operations of three HH-60 helicopters and three motor life boat rescue stations located on the Oregon and Washington coasts.
