The Port owned Warrenton-Astoria Regional Airport is one of the most accessible general aviation airports on the north Oregon coast. Its location makes for spectacular aerial views of the Pacific coastline, the vast Columbia River, and forested hillsides. The airport is located within the Warrenton city limits, just 10 driving minutes to Astoria and 20 minutes to Seaside. Cannon Beach and the Long Beach Peninsula are an additional 15 minutes away.

The Warrenton-Astoria Regional Airport Industrial Park is a 45-acre adjacent site available for light to medium industrial development or airfreight distribution warehouse capacity.

The airport is the home of the United States Coast Guard Group Astoria. The group controls operations of three HH-60 helicopters and three motor life boat rescue stations located on the Oregon and Washington coasts.
